  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment.
  • Free Shipping (Orders over $50): Via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Eligibility:

  • Returns/exchanges must be initiated within 15 days of receipt.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all tags attached and in original packaging.
  • Final Sale items (Leather/Suede, marked Final Sale) are not returnable.

Process & Costs:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any export/import duties.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3-5 business days after inspection, plus 5-10 business days for bank processing.
