• Final Sale Items: To preserve the integrity of special materials and intimate apparel, certain items are designated as Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. This includes all Leather & Suede items and any product explicitly marked as such at purchase.

4. Orders & Payment Terms

Order Processing:

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Your order confirmation email does not constitute our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities, inaccuracies in product or pricing information, or suspected fraud.

Pricing:

Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We may change prices at any time without notice. The price charged for a product will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed.

Payment Methods:

We accept the following payment methods: VISA, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. By submitting your payment information, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use the chosen payment method. All transactions are processed securely through our trusted partners. We do not store your full credit card details.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide, excluding Asia and select remote areas. The recipient is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

Timelines:

• Order Processing: 1-2 business days (excluding weekends/holidays).
• Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment.
• Free Shipping (Orders over $50): Via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment.

All delivery timelines are estimates. Delays due to customs, carrier issues, or other factors outside our control are not our responsibility.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Eligibility:

• Returns/exchanges must be initiated within 15 days of receipt.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all tags attached and in original packaging.
• Final Sale items (Leather/Suede, marked Final Sale) are not returnable.

Process & Costs:

• Contact customer service at [email protected] to obtain an RMA number.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any export/import duties.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3-5 business days after inspection, plus 5-10 business days for bank processing.

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the property of Frame Clothing Store or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws.
